Recently, Java released updates to its software which disabled the Snap-on EPC integration services that
allow dealers to transfer parts data to a Dealer Management System (DMS).
We have determined that the update specifically affects users who have enabled Internet Explorer’s
Compatibility View for snaponepc.com.
Snap-on has implemented a temporary fix that will expire after November 11. If you are unable to
transfer parts to your DMS after that date, disabling Compatibility View for snaponepc.com should
resolve the problem.
